The sellers sound like a nice bunch: (1) we got it free as a gift and we're selling it for 5 grand (2) it's worth more cos there's a "p" on the inside (i could have done the sowing on that thing) (3) we were thinking of keeping it till it went up in value after Pete OD'd. Lovely.

Jun, those sneakers will NOT be difficult to sell at all; I wear a 40.5 or 41 myself, and those sneakers run big anyway. And you should get at least a $100 profit, even used. And please, if you ever find anything in XS, 44, 28/27, etc. for similar ridiculous prices to what you've acquired so far, please let me know.

Good to hear that! Umm, we are the same size so I hate to tell you that I'd keep them for myself if I do acquire some in those sizes but I think you're also a Lad Musician fanatic, no? I'm bringing back a lot of mine from Japan to sell them to friends and consignment stores so I'll hit you up around early next year before doing so if you want.

no, but I've tried it on. It's shetland wool, so it's gonna be very itchy/scratchy since it's a very coarse fabric...might be worth considering on sale but I wouldn't pay $450 for it, when you can get quality cashmere sweaters from other brands for the same price.

They're the same jeans; Luisa's are the 21 cm cut, which should measure more like 19 cm. Diabro stocked the 19 and 21 cm cuts. The 19 measured more like 17.

Baizilla, I bought one of those sweaters. It's super fitted, gets tons of attention, and is really warm. People complain about the rough/itchy wool, but I love the juxtaposition of the rough-looking, unweaving wool and the smooth sparkling beads. If it was smooth, soft wool with the "DH sheen", it would not have the same effect at all. Wear a l/s shirt with it and you'll be fine.

I'm actually thinking of picking up that sweater if it's still around on sales time...i don't really have much of a problem with it except the price for what it is. It is a very nicely cut sweater, like Alex said...also very warm.
