I ordered some things from herroom.com......and sent back what did not fit.
They take FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER to process a refund.
Its been over a month. I finally a few days ago got an email saying they got the package....and it will be another 2-3 weeks to process a refund.
Too long! I guess it takes 6-8 weeks to process a refund.
I will never buy from them again. Its just sad!
Stay away!
