Do You Wear Band T-Shirts?

I don't wear them very often anymore, but I still own many...

Tool
Killswitch Engage
A Perfect Circle
Korn
System of a Down
Disturbed
Marilyn Manson
Silverchair
...

used to wear them every day when they weren't as popular amongst teenagers... cause they were comfortable, they were unusual, but most of all I (still) love the music and especially the Tool Salival tee i got at my very first Tool concert :mowhawk:

I have a bunch from concerts I've been too, but most of them are way too big so I only wear them around the house.

I just bought a really cute Weezer shirt from their concert last week. It's a girl's medium, but it is supposed to be fitted and it doesn't look right on me. Is there any way to shrink it down to a small/x-small or should I just try to take it apart and sew it somehow? Any ideas?

I only have one, because I usually don't go to concerts often. The only one I have is a Metric shirt:

I've for so long wanted an old Rolling Stones tee...
I fell in love with their music, and can't find an OLD t-shirt anywhere...

^^try eBay, they have tons of vintage items.
I have a Rolling Stones (from a vintage store), Third Eye Blind (from an actual concert), and Led Zeplin (from my rommies dad who didn't want it anymore). I wear mine pretty frequently because they're all old and comfy. Plus, I'm in college and come finals or exam time, comfort is key!

I like that shirt. No one at my school would even know metric was a band. However, I've only ever heard one of their songs... it's one of my favorites, though... :p Guess I'll have to go download then maybe I can feel justified by buying the shirt

I have a couple of The Clash tees that I adore, and a tee of my dad's band, and another of a friend's band (both Brazilian).
I do wear them sometimes, especially the Clash ones.
Oh and I also have a Rancid one that I stole from my dad, but it's too big, I've been thinking of customising it, but I don't know what exactly to do with it yet.

brazilian girl, what do your clash shirts say? here are mine-
the clash 'straight to hell' 'know your rights' 'combat rock' 'the only group that matters'
rolling stones 'some girls' 'tattoo you' 'steel wheels'

I wear band t-shirts that I bought at concerts to basically sleep in or around the house. I have too many to list I think. That and I'm feeling lazy and tired. ^_^

^thanks for those, i'll check them out too.

I have a white one with a black and white picture (the one that's on the cover of their first CD, "The Clash") and it has the band "logo" written in red. And a dark green one kind of similar, it has a picture and "The Clash" written on it, but the picture has Topper Headon (the drummer) in it also, and it's more like a sketch, like it's a stain of the pic or something, it's pretty cool. :)

With my "the clash" band tee, i took it all the way in because it was an XL and i cut a low "V" in the back so it would look a bit more sexy... ive had soo many compliments from it and it was just so simple to make!

^wow lara_banana...that is a great idea! i'll have to remember it next time i go to a concert which hopefully will be soon since i've only been to one:doh: ...but it was for muse with razorlight opening for them:woot:.....so i ended up with this shirt

I hardly ever do anymore, though I still have a few of my old favorites.

An L7 shirt that I bought from Dee Plakas at a show they played at Squid Row in Seattle in around '89.

A Butthole Surfers shirt that has one of the most disgusting graphics I've ever seen, I am not going to describe it. Bought at a show of theirs, probably in '86.

A Sunshine shirt, bought at one of their shows in around 1990. They were a Seattle band. Their drummer, Patty Schlemel later joined Hole.

And my Iggy shirt, pictured here being worn by me at one of our shows, circa 1988.

...thanks for the memories! B)

Anyone know where I can get decent band t-shirts that are actually fitted? Not those massive ones that, on me, go down all the way to my knees..
