^^it's ok to use imageshack, we just have a crediting policy on the forum, meaning you should credit the website that you found the photo on... so if it was on a blog just name the blog etc :flower:

and i think your looks works... not too over the top, not too simple..
is the shirt DIY?

^^
666 i think the sideways looks are probably just from the leather pants in general...
they're not really such a common sight on men...
i don't necessarily think the look is wrong or bad, but it's probably a lot more "look" than a lot of people are used to seeing

Yeah, I think that's pretty much it: "a lot more look...". Fitting in seems to be the norm in general, so "fitting out", so to speak, will raise eyebrows. And that's not even speaking of the stereotypes. I guess that's the price one pays for daring to be different :)

I've bought a simple black trenchcoat with a hood for the autumn but I don't really like the inside.
The inside looks a little bit like a Burberry k.o. you all know the Burberry pattern I guess.

Anyways, maybe you guys could help me to find a nice color which I can sew in the hood?

I guess pretty much every color works if you have a black coat. Which colors do you like or maybe have in mind? Would you like a contrast or a plain lining?

I was thinking about a fresh colour like soft pink or maybe something like this:

I'm confused haha

Hi!

I bought this dress to wear to a wedding next sunday.
What do you think? Is it too short?

^ Lovely dress! I don't think it's too short at all! Especially as it covers up top. Great choice!

No pics, but a general question: I have formal this Friday, and I have to wear white. I've settled on a really cute sequined slip dress, but I think I want to wear black tights with it because it's already so cold here. Can I still wear D'orsay pumps with opaque black tights? I'm not terribly familiar with the etiquette of dark tights at formal/semi formal events, but I have seen pics of Sienna Miller rocking open toe shoes on the red carpet with opaque black tights. Does this go for the D'orsay style, too, or is it just NAGL?

I'm a petite 5'2 female with a long torso (and consequently short legs). Should I go for low waist tapered skinny jeans or mid-to-high waist?
