I'm actually quite fond of this collection :) I can't even pick a favorite look because I love everything. The colors, fabrics, shapes and cuts are all amazing.

i always always love her work, this one no exception!! what a great collection, probably my favorite so far. everything looks amazing!!

was this shown live somewhere? i can't believe i missed it....

I also really like the bangs with this collection, not sure why - but it works.

One more thing - that shade of navy she's used is fantastic. Love all the navy pieces!

Overall amazing collection! Looks very comfortable.
Nice choose of colors, cuts and fabrics

I agree, and they look so cozy!

I love her work, she never disappoints. I love her use of different textures and the draping. It's a more understated beauty, even with the revealing pieces. I love this so much:heart:

Even when adapting trends into her work she never gives the impression of trying to hard.

Anyone know if those are boots or tights? the lace-ups

These grey knits look delicious!.
I'm afraid her collections in general are always a hit or miss for me, she's just so inconsistent and seems to work on such a strange system when building up her collection, I don't know how to explain it but sometimes, like in this particular show, her collections have a very strong part and that part seems to be surrounded by some very dull pieces (such as a ton of draped fabric or casual, typically NYFW stuff).. then the next season she brings something on the lines of J.Mendel (not aesthetically, just on the same league of irrelevancy), then the next year she produces something completely beautiful and perfectly harmonious.. it's strange the rhythm she works at, I can't never make up my mind on her work.. budget is probably to blame I guess, but still..

Thanks for [all] the pictures, Chrissy!.

wow, i really love this. this is the best i have seen from her in a long time. the gowns at the end are fantastic

This is gorgeous! I love the shades of grey and blue and the fabrics. This will be one of my favorites of NYFW I think.

It all looks very comfortable (as in, the fabric), but it still looks good as well. Just what I like out of a F/W collection :D

The use of navy is absolutely beautiful. Everything looks lovely and so easy to wear.

Love this collection! The moodiness of it! The colour palette makes me think of a stormy day with the greys and dark blues.

It's one of those collections that you look at and want to put the entire thing right into your wardrobe.

i'm curious to see how this might look on the racks, because while it looks great stylistically, can the pieces stand out and survive on their own? they seem very simple.

i do love the drama though. has a vein of ackermann in it's spirit.
