quite surprised, i didn't know he designs like this
i like this sort of, feeling iridescent... blurred colours...

Does that mean taking natural color away??

Well actually I have no Idea but it looks like it haves this yellowish (metalic?) ink in it that gives this sort of burned effect, it looks like it was treated so unrespectfully and the result is much less burgeois than usual, I LOVE IT!

also that fur, the 'graphics' is stronger at the body
and then blurred at the sleeves

I think it is actually great.

If you do not loose respect for the material you will never discover something new, think shaved furs, somebody sometime actually had the guts to pick a shaving mashine probably from his bathroom (Im making up that story) and actually shave a precious and expensive skin and now we see it as another way of using fur.

Think of unfinished helm lines from a Lanvin dress.
Think of Anna Wintour mixing a Chanel tweed Couture jacket with a pair of cheap jeans 20 years ago for the cover of Vogue.
Think of Saint Laurent dressing women with pants in the 60´s.

its all about thinking outside the box!

If only that was as easy as it seems.

absolutely right.

I guess even the whole idea of dyeing a fur could have at some time shocked people. Could be deemed not "pure"
I see what you mean ...

Hopefully there are furs that are not so expensive to play with
I mean while I was at the fabric store the other day in the faux fur section.. they were all like $60 or so !! for a metre or less
Some were so sleek though

Rabbit fur is one of the cheapest and yet again you have the faux option, but be aware they are completely different things, one is plastic and comes by metters and the other is natural and comes as a piece, it is like polyester and silk (although you need a fur sewing machine for fur).

the dyed chinchilla in 31 by J'AdoreDior is fabulous! One of the best pieces I have seen for a while.

I can't say I agree with the deaths of animals to create things as hideous as those posted above.
Seeing as they've given their lives, I think they deserve a little respect, hopefully by being made into something beautiful and timeless.
