Eddie Redmayne

I've only just seen these Burberry pics and I'm not all that pleased with them. Cara is such a pointless person and he looks awkward. I don't see why they didn't just get Emma Watson back because from what I saw in MWWM they seem to have much more chemistry.

Wish I could see Richard II :-(
Love him in Burberry! He makes such a great model - I'm jealous of Cara, though...

ATG still had some tickets for Richard II left for the end of the run a few days ago but otherwise I'm afraid it's day releases and returns at the box office. I know people who've done that though with great success.

While I remember, they start rehearsals for Les Mis in Jan/Feb and start shooting in March.

^Oh my gosh... Birdsong sounds fantastic! Eddie and Clemence together... the paring is perfect. Do you know if it's been picked up by any television channels in the states (my best guess would be PBS)? I really hope so or else once again I'll miss a great British show.

WOW! This is the same boy from The Yellow Handkerchief??? I like him much more in real life. :brows: And he's quite sexy in those Burberry campaigns.

^Yes! I remember watching that a few years ago because of K-Stew and I was like 'Wow, Eddie Redmayne's in this? I loved him in The Other Boleyn Girl!'

Haha, he looked pretty terrible in that movie, but then his character wasn't supposed to be desirable. He looked awful in Powder Blue as well. I've found him to be the most captivating/beautiful in one of his older films, The Good Shepherd, where he plays Angelina Jolie's son. Though thefrenchy would argue with me that he looks his best in Savage Grace where he plays Julianne Moore's son.

What? Can't believe it either
Happy belated birthday Eddie :stuart:

Outside of Eddie and Chris, what a disappointing list! That Hemsworth guy, seriously?

Where are the women? I know that Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Lawrence and Felicity Jones were eligible. Tut tut tut.

The final five were picked from the long list by the public so I guess if people didn't vote thats what you end up with. Truly only Eddie & Tom really belong there for me.

Congrats to Eddie. I voted for him! I'm surprised all the nominees are male this year though.
I hope Eddie wins the Bafta! :D
