i still haven't gotten my results yet from my blood tests. Im scared to find out. Today I went to the mall for luncha nd I had a fruit tart and a lightly sweetened coffee drink. I'm doing a lot better in the sugar dept.

but I am now being serious about it, and today is the first day. It's funny how much sugar there is in products that you wouldn't think contain sugar. For example, the yoghurt I eat in the mornings. I used to eat this fat free yoghurt (or nearly fatless, I think there was 0,5% of fat), until I realised that even though there's no fat, they have made up the taste using refined sugar. I switched to yoghurt that has 30% less sugar, and guess what? They make up on the taste with adding fat. I guess I should give up flavoured yoghurt and start eating natural yoghurt.
