Emilio Pucci F/W 06 Milan

Luella for Pucci!? AAAAAAAH :( Oh noes haha I like Williamson...but if i had to pick another designer I would say Julian MacDonald...I would just tell him to watch his back from LVMH :D lol Oh wait...no scratch that...i think Alexandre Herchcovitch would be nice..i think he may be a little more dedicated to the brand

LVMH has already gotten rid of MacDonald, I dont think they'd give him the chance to f*ck up another house.

I really think Luella would work for Pucci...Perhaps...Jonathan Saunders too (he is great with prints)

"It's romantic, sexy, feminine," Williamson said backstage after the show .

Blah, blah, blah
What a miserable collection.

I always associated Pucci with the Cote D' Azur crowd... I'd never wear it but I always thought it was appropriate for that kind of people and lifestyle...

This collection however is nothing like that... And to be honest I think that had M. Williamson not been British (and therefore get all that hype from the British press who always try to praise their designers and constantly come up with excuses for their shortcomings) he wouldn't be as "important" as he is... imo he happened to be British at a time when Britishness is considered to be cool...

On the other hand, Pucci is mostly a summer brand and maybe we should wait for the next collection to see what MW will do with it...

Some of the clothes looks like the ones that are sold in 'Debenhams' !

Hum ... I have mixed feelings ... I wanted a color-infused collection ... and i dont see much ... I like how Williamson did the dresses .. but they dont seem Pucci enough for me ... and yeah I liked Lacroix .. I dunno what's up with all this designer changes ... and it wud interesting seeing Herchcovitch doing this ...VERY interesting

i was soo hoping to see a good collection......maybe Sienna was too much of an "inspiration" for him?

there isn't as much pucci in this pucci as it used to be... i bet they'll love it in moscow
