She's the Editor in Chief of one of the world's biggest magazines, travels around the world for photoshoots and four separate fashion weeks twice a year, and has to deal with company execs and advertisers on a daily basis... Wouldn't you be tired?

Wow, that outfit seems so un-Emmanuelle, but so chic and effortless. I think what makes the outfit so different is the boots.
