I don't know how to use paint. I can't collage worth a crap in that program. Whenever I try to resize images i only get a portion of them and then I cry a little on the inside

When you have an image in MSPaint, make sure the image is still framed in the dotted line, then go to image, stretch/skew, and then change the size...if the size doesn't work, you have to go to Edit, then undo, cause if you try to resize it again, it's gonna loose definition

too much to explain, but give it a try, you'll get the hang of it
