I don`t know if this is old news but...Usmagazine.com `HOT PIC` section mentioned that Sienna Miller shoot an AD for VALENTINO in Rome.

there are some images of it on perezhilton.com and probably in sienna's thread as well. i doubt it's true because the fall/winter ads have already been published and it's too early to be shooting spring (not to mention that the clothes look a bit heavy to be spring). i think it's probably an editorial for a magazine.

Emily Blunt seemed like an interesting choice, but the one person whom we know has actually seen the ads in print says it's Lily Donaldson, so I think you need something to back your info up...

A good idea would've been to screencap first, then start the thread...
