Hm, good question. If I'm not mistaken, last years Dolce & Gabbane campaign was shot by Meisel, but that campaign was rejected and shot again by Klein, who used new models, so I could seem like the photographers have influence on who they shoot, but I would guess photographers and labels propose models to each other and come to an agreement.

You guys, maybe we should leave Faith alone a bit. She clearly can't reveal her sources for privacy reasons, and can't give out anymore info than she feels she can reveal. Just thinkabout all the people that are involved, if somehting is leaked out, Faith can get into trouble, as well as her source, preventing some people from possibly receiving future work from whatever company again.

Yeah, I've been told that the photographers do have some say on who they want for their campaigns. At least, that's what I've been told.

I think Lara Stone and Sasha are good candidates for the Chloe campaign. They have that grunge look, but still young and fresh.


Lara and Paulo (chloe designer) seem close

I would not be suprised at all if sasha got chloe. she quite suits the new look of the f/w collection.

I agree i didn't expect georgia frost to get a major campaign due to not being that successful on the paris/milan runways.

But it happens all the time. Hye just revealed shes in the new Dolce campaign - does that mean she could get into trouble and that no one will work with her ever again becauses shes revealed information which is just so incredibly important!

It's not like its a big secret, magazines, editors, models, photographers are always revealing information about campaigns and editorials - thats how the industry works. Its really not that big of a deal anyway.

But to be fair - Faith only ever said the campaign was shot in Rome and that the girl/girls were not new.

She never explicitly said it was ONE girl...

But if it is - its definitely going to be Daria - shes the only girl who embodies the 30's/40's feeling of the collection and she is the only girl who could hold a campaign by herself for Gucci.

I never really get Dolce & Gabbana castings..but yay for Hye indeed!

I'd love to see Lara for Chloe, and considering that Inez & Vinoodh will probably shoot it, it's very realistic too. She's their new muse And I think Lara suits this new chloe collection very well.
