i can certainly wear black head to toe (have been doing it for some 12-odd years...) and i've worn 98% white out (i posted my white outfit in the 'what are you wearing today' thread about a week ago...) it was a white skirt, brown moccs, a brown and white striped teeshirt under a white sweater. i think it can be done, and it would look amazing! i like to accent the majority of one color with another, because i like the contrast. but i do really love the look of solid white, especially different fabrics and textures.

really enjoying this thread!! it's given me some sweet ideas.

i have a long white skirt that i wore with a white t-shirt like top the other day - it was nearly 100 degrees outside, perfect weather for white. the shoes were 2-tone black and white mary janes, and the purse was pink faux croc (which is almost played out but i couldn't help it, i love that purse)....

i am loving white and cream lately, but the fabric and cut really does have to flatter your body, or you can look like you're wearing a starched sheet!

coz i notice my teeth looks so much yellower when i have a white top on! or r u guys the fortunate bunch with natural white teeth?

i drink several cups of tea (and one morning cup of coffee) every day, so i have to be careful about this. i 've found since i switched to an electric toothbrush my teeth look much whiter. i use a whitening/anti-plaque toothpaste as well, by tom's of maine.

i never even think about my teeth short of brushing and flossing...i drink about 2 cups of tea a day, and never coffee...rarely, anyway..i doubt your teeth are really that yellow, white clothes just really bring it out. i think whitening toothpaste really does work though, meme's right.

thank u, meme! and btw, i'll give that whitening toothpaste a try but as i heard from my friend, whitening toothpaste in the market contains less than 0.3% active ingredient and that doesnt really whiten the teeth very much!
