Isabeli has lots of tattoos and it doesn't stop her from getting work, so I think lots of people respect that they are dedicated to her children.

I think part of that has to do with their placement-ankle/foot tattoos are fairly common, and tattoos on the back are easier to hide since they aren't always wearing the backless stuff. As for the tattoo on her butt, that should always be hidden. I mean, if a model has a big bicep tattoo or a Pamela Anderson-style wraparound, it would be a lot more detrimental.
