that is pretty strange! I have seen some designer scrves and small leather goods at costco though, I'm assuming they're theunsodl leftovers like on bluefly and yoox.

^petrol is very pretty..but cant seem to find one from any reputable sites (there's no fendi shop in melbourne, so i have to get mine from the net), are they just not making anymore since petrol is last season's color? the metallic spy's are everywhere on the net! ..and they are getting pretty tempting.. hmm...

^ honestly, i dont think i really trust ebay because of all the scams, plus i'm getting mine shipped to australia (if i do get one) and im scared it might be harder to return if anything goes wrong ..but hey, thanks for the advice, i'll check ebay

Metallic Spy

There appears to be two Metallic Spies in the SS'06 -- one that is nearly all gold (splotchier, with some silver spots) and one that seems to be mostly silver, with gold handles. I saw the mostly gold one in a NM insert that said it was a 'NM Exclusive'. I've attached a picture of the pic here. It appears to be mostly gold with silver handles.

I saw the more silvery one IRL today at Barney's -- it's nice. It was standard Spy size, about the same as the Cognac I was carrying. It is really nice IRL... the SA mentioned how the silver almost looked a little 'blue', like it had a subtle glow. The best part to me were the handles, which are woven in shiny gold leather with white flecks on it that almost look like white paint spots - very cool.

Of the two, I definitely prefer the more silver one.

I would NOT trust Costco as far as designer bags. I remember them selling Louis Vuitton and they had the same hang-tags as the fakes on Ioffer, canal street, etc.. a hang tag is a DEAD GIVEAWAY of a fake.

so just to clarify, the metallic spy isnt like flashy silver but its more of a subtle white-light blue silverish color right? (sorry for the horrible color description.. )
