Unfortunately, you can get banned from ebay for contacted the bidder.

ebay now has a feature down at the bottom of an auction that allows you to report a counterfeit item:
Click on "Report this item"
Select Step 1: "Counterfeits and copyrights violations"
Select Step 2: "Potential trademark infringement"
Select Step 3: "Counterfeit handbag"
Click on "Continue"
Voila!

I've done that already, but the problem is that ebay never seems to do anything about it. They don't have the expertise on every bag out there, and as long as there isn't a message space where I can explain how I know the bag is fake, I know they wont do anything.

Oh my, that's exactly the one I've been dreaming of! I'm dying to have it and am trying to think of a way to justify it. It's a super Spy! I'm in lust. Maybe it's not practical cuz of its sparkly-ness? But it does look amazing on Lindsay and she's dressed so casually. Thanks for the pics guys! What can I give up to get it?! Food? Let's face it. Why would ebay cancel a perfectly good auction that they're making money off of?

I've contacted several bidders on auctions of fake bags and have told them the bag is fake... and I've had sellers come after me after the bidder has told them that I've warned them... I've never been formally warned by Ebay... but still...

I tried to help several people and it all just came back to haunt me.

BEWARE of 6869628107......the pics are from an auction that was about 2 months ago....from a UK seller. These are not the sellers pic, they have 0 feedback so they couldn't have bought it from the UK seller bc they sold it on ebay. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have emailed the seller 3 times for more pics and NO response.......
