I saw a dark brown spy at SAM wholesale club for $1,600.... could this possible?!!!!

Yes, there have been some spy sightings at costco and sams club. It's not uncommon for those stores to have old gucci, fendi, burberry, etc., but they are usually ugly monogram bags.

Yes.... they have two spy, one is the ugly monogram bag, the other one is the dark brown leather spy and they charge both spy the same $1,600 price. Obviously they don't know the leather one should be more expensive.

I've been MIA on the tfs forums for awhile! Anyhow, that monogram Spy is just the most god awful thing. Reminds me of that noisy cheap blue plastic that people use to cover things...like boats.

Let's face it. Why would ebay cancel a perfectly good auction that they're making money off of?

My thoughts exactly. My impression is that they very rarely do something about it, and I don't buy the "staff shortage" explaination, as I'm sure the people behind ebay makes some serious $$ and could easily hire a few more people to weed out the rotten auctions, if they wanted to.

I've contacted several bidders on auctions of fake bags and have told them the bag is fake... and I've had sellers come after me after the bidder has told them that I've warned them... I've never been formally warned by Ebay... but still...

I tried to help several people and it all just came back to haunt me.

How did the sellers get your contact informastion? Did they search for your user name and send a message through ebay? Why would they yell at you if they knew they were selling fakes? I mean, how can they justify that, or do they claim that their items are "200% authentic" and call you a liar?

It is. It comes in a light peach color and light blue as well Nicky hilton has the mongram one.

Went to Bloomie's at lunch and bought a Spy bag - not just any Spy, but the one made of black tulle/lace with pearls and beading! It was last year's design, originally $4800 and I got it for $3200 on sale. Does anyone have this one? What do you think - is it worth it? It's just so pretty ...
