I think sometimes it's employees using their discounts. You can make a killing on Ebay with Saks or Neiman discounts. Also I think some of these just go out the back door of the stores and can't be returned.

I agree...I have bought plenty of items from people who work at one of these stores

Thought maybe it was for lipstick, but not sure

Chloe_Concord...my sister has the chocolate brown and let me tell u this...its ABSOULTELY GOREGOUS...my cousin has the honey and its nice...but the chocolate is more vintage and amazingly beautiful...

I have the cognac and honey.

The cognac is all year round and the honey is spring summer and maybe a little into fall.

I LOVE the honey though. love it

Chloe - My vote is for the honey color. You can wear it with both brown and black. Plus, I see way too many fakes of the solid brown and black Spys.

I think go for the brown. The tan Prada you have sounds lovely so that covers that base, and let's face it, you NEED a brown bag.

Ooh also, for those who have supported me on my black spy journey/obsession I've got one! Yay! i'm not supposed to use it yet, as it's a graduation gift, (and a bloody generous one, think my mum was sick of looking at them with me) but you can bet there'll be pics once I do my exams.

Thanks gals! I have decided to get the brown one, it is not cognac though. It is a chocolate brown. I love honey color, but I have had the fendi B-bag in that color, and also a tan prada frame bag. So I think it is time for me to get a brown bag..Yay....

Hi and welcome to TFS!
If you're referring to the long woven bit with a tiny lid opening, well, you can pretty much use it to carry whatever you can fit inside, as long as it closes securely!
