I started reading back in this thread and I've read a lot of talk about how big this bag is... Is there anyone pretty small that has it (I'm 5'2") ? How is the size?

don't know if this helps you guessgirl, but I got my spy for 10% off at Barneys by opening a new Barney's account (a common promotion), so it came to around $1780 + tax. Not too shabby considering i was inches from paying $2300 on ebay. This is the last time I will ever use the Barney's charge, but it was worth it!

and I'm 5'3". It's not that big. It's good big. Plus, I fold the top corners in, which will only make sense to you once the bag is in your hands - but it's not big at all that way.

I just checked out the blue Spy (authentic) on Ebay. The colour seems eons lighter than the one I see IRL.

However, I love the texture of the front. The one that's on reserve for me has bigger 'bumps' on the right of the bag, as compared to the left. But the one on Ebay has very even left and right textures.

I just ordered my blue spy. I've been lusting over this bag ever since I found out about it, but have been recultant becuase of the price. If I would have had to call all over the place and do the whole waitlist thing, I dont think I would have gotten the bag for a while. But it was just so easy I couldn't resist, I dont know if another chance like that would come around.

I'm nervous about all these defects in the bags, especially the ones that happen after some wear like the flap coming off. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that mine will be perfect. The total came to $2255 after tax and shipping, thats nearly my whole monthly budget I dont have the money yet, but I'm selling a bunch of things on eBay that should get me what I need, I'm hoping my brother will loan it until I get all the payments.

Does anyone know how quickly saks charges the card? It is usually next day or longer?

Congratulations on your spy!!!! I think they get it authorizied as you hit the submit button, but it will not show up usually for 24 hours.

I am sorry but I got to get this out of my system…I am VERY upset with Fendi London…They said to me that I am getting my bag for sure within the first batch and that my name is out of the first people in the list…When I called to ask yesterday , a SA answered me and said yes we have received the first batch and we are waiting for the second delivery..

I was like WHAT?

I am on the East Coast. I am not sure what to do. I like the hologram one also. My sales person told me it is more of a copper brown color and not to shiny. Decisions Decisions!!!

when i asked for my SA she said to me, your bag is in the next delivery. I said to her, but thats not what you told me..She said your bag is in the next delivery madam, She just repeated what she said before,,,I felt like screaming at her...but i kept calm...

Oh shucks, I really think the Spy would be so versatile in black.

I saw a girl carrying the hologram today but it was a satchel ( the small fendi) i din like the design nor the colour...its quite vibriant...and kinda flashy...

Yes Blacks came out at the same time with cognac and the caramel(beige) and green and dark brown. But according to the SA here they still produce the black colour though. Basicly what she told me that for the previous season colours if I want to get any of those colours I need to pay 50% deposit and it will take 3 months for me to get the bag.
