plus, why do you think they aren't so many Filipino models?

IMO, the local modeling scene appreciate foreign beauty more than the Filipino beauty. Plus, I think Filipino models don't get enough exposure.

And yes, I think the height is a big factor in the small number of Filipino models. I know someone (not really full-blood Filipino) who has crazy cheekbones and just has this grace about her, only she's 5'2. Like Style Savvy said, there aren't a lot of women over 5'9.
