Flip Flops

Oh my, I'm such a havainas addict! When I was still pregnant with my first-born, my husband bought me like 20 pairs of havaianas flip flops, every color, every style. The flip flops are really comfortable.;)

unfair. i was just about to buy three pairs and discovered they only ship to the US and canada.

did you try looking at ebay? they have so many havaianas posted there:D

Honestly. They actually aren't any more comfortable than your average pair of flip flops. Hate to break it to everyone. The only difference I've noticed is they wear well as far as the color not fading.

i happen to be at the mall on friday and saw they on a sho p(didn't know we had them in spain). look like any rubber flip flops but i would really like to see a pic with kristen dunst, jennifer aniston and the olsen twins wearing them? can someone post one please!!(sorry for repeating myself)

I don't think you need to see them on celebrities. They're just flip flops, for God's sake! What's so special about them, really? Should I toss my J.Crew ones and buy a couple pairs of Havaianas?

I've had my fair share of flip-flops in the past, and for me at least, are by far the most comfortable I've ever owned. They don't rub or cause blisters, and they're super squishy soft. (I also like that they come in solid colors.) :flower:

It will take more than some celebrties wearing them to convince me that someone has revolutionized the flip flop. Like I said...the only things I've notcied exceptional about the flip flops are the lovely colors which don't fade out as fast as most other pairs of flip flops.

I feel the same way about t-shirts and jeans. NO ONE is going to convince me that some designer does it better than Hanes and Levi's. I look DAMN good in my cheapo jeans and t-shirt.

Well, all this talk of Havaianas has left me very curious. I think I'll at least try some on the next time I'm at Urban Outfitters before I judge further.

I don't know if I agree with you about the jeans, misery. My 7s are a lot more comfortable and long lasting as my old $30 AE ones.

misery the thing is spending more on clothes doesn't mean your'e going to look any better wearing designer names, it's that they are made better, and will probably last longer in the long run.

i adore my havainas, have has the same pair for 3 years, but my foot's growing too much now, . straight away they fit me. next summer i'll get some patterned ones. do they have patterns in the U.S?

Are these Prada Flip Flops Fake?

I needed a new pair of flip flops in a rush, so bought these off ebay, not paying much attention to what i was bying.

However they hurt so badly when i wear them, that i cant walk in them for long at all!

I was just wandering what everyones optinion of them are. Do you think they are fake? I doubt prada would make something thats so uncomfortable to wear...

Oh trust me, they do make some uncomfortable, bad quality crap... I have a pair of green slingback flats, and they're the most annoying thing in the world...I still wear them cause they're cute on...

but that's it...regarding your question, from what i can see in the pics, they look very genuine to me, but there's no closeup pics to show details and stuff...

Yeah they do seem genuine, compared to my other prada stuff the logo looks genuine.

I don't know, i just didnt expect them to rip my feet to pieces...

prada sport isn't quite known for its quality products, though

How can you mess up flip flops so bad that they hurt your feet. It's only a flat piece of leather and three straps. Do they have to break in? Cause my Birkenstocks hurt like hell but they've broken in and they're sooo comfy.

If the dustbag in that pic is the one they came in then I would say they are fake. Prada sport dust bags are like a silvery tone with the red logo on them.

Diorling, I have a pair of YSL suede flip flops that ripped through many layers of my skin when I wore them, and I wasn't even doing any hefty walking. I had to wear bandaids for like two months, so yes, flip flops can hurt your feet. Luckily the have broken in slightly, but I still can not walk any great distance in them.
