I don't think that's Gemma in the last frame. I think it's meant to be sort of funny, like she turns out to be a different person or something lol. But whoever that last person was, does look a lot like that photoshoped pictures!

Speaking of which.... I bought the "origins" spot remover that Gemma uses.... and well... let's say this.... I gave up proactiv and switched to Origins because those products are THAT good!..... No wonder Gemma uses them!
