Giorgio Armani S/S 2010 : Nimue Smit & Ollie Edwards by Josh Olins

Nimuë looked a bit like Lily Allen there. I love it!

That was exactly what I was thinking!

I think that the first shot is a little boring, but the second is very nice. Nimue's face looks beautiful and I definetly think it could have done without the wig.

I wonder what I would have thought if Karolin was in this after all...

Nimue (strangely might I add) looks very femme fatale here. Loving it.

I love the dark blue, not what I was expecting!
Bellaly, please specify the Facebook page where you got the preview pics.Thank you.
It's on Nimue Smit's Facebook page, via British Vogue I think :flower:

I hate me thinking the change of the photographer are a good idea but now is not

Well that's not the reason why I'm sick of the comparing.
This is an other campaign and it should be jugded on that add and the skills of this model. We know that lots of people think that Raquels add was perfect, now move on and say what you think of THIS add.

You think it look bored and expressionless, if you see the comments above you, it's clear that not everybody share that opinion with you.

Nimue looks amazing.

Please stop taking things so personally, because obviously if you looked at other comments also, not everyone shares the same love for the campaign.

Plus, I'd rather explain my dislike of the campaign by comparing it to a great Armani campaign than saying "i love it" for the simple fact that Nimue is in it.

This has DEFINITELY turned out better than I ever expected. Nimue looks pretty strong, surprisingly enough.

i was gonna say that the black was too overpowering after the low-res version but the HQ looks very chic to me. from the runway to the campaign, the brand focus is very on-point. armani with a dark glamoured edge is very chic.

The bowl cut wig is certainly not doing her any favors. And although I like the moody vibe, I can't help but miss Raquel, Sasha, Stam, and even Agyness for goodness sake. All those campaigns had an intensity that just enlivened the images, and well this is sub par in comparison.

I don't love it because Nimue is in it and i also said not everybody hates it so also not ervybody loves it.
But let's move on.

^ love the first one, meh on the 2nd one.
I think it definitely would've looked better without the wig.

I like the campaign as a whole. People expected her to fail next to a flawless campaign that Raquel had but I think she stood her ground.
Let's face it, it is not really Nimue's forte, Armani is targeted more for an older audience while Nimue is a young and cute girl, she doesn't really fit in and considering all the facts, I think she did pretty well.
Out of four shots that I've seen so far, two are hit and two are miss.

^ *facepalm* I meant that I love the second one yet meh on the 1st one.

Her stare is lifeless:shock:
I can't get why she was chosen, she doesn't deliver anything imo

I'm going to print those HQs and put them on the doors from my room :) :) Nimue rocks!!!

boring, very boring, Raquel's ads were sooo good and this is a step back as it's been metioned here

We get it now, stop comparing her to Raquel. You can't compare those, Raquel is indeed amazing blablabla, let's get back to Nimue.
I hate the wig though..

I think this is an amazing contrast to Raquel's dark high glamour campaign. Nimue looks like a mysterious spoiled brat and it works so well. If only they would have gotten rid of the wig... Great campaign
