Givenchy "Eau Demoiselle" Fragrance : Magdalena Frackowiak by Liz Collins

I actually love it. The cape doesn't seem too appropriate in this setting indeed, but in the end everything works for me  And Magdalena! I'm so happy! And finally something Givenchy for her! :bounce::heart:

The cape is amazing and all in all this ad reminds me of a scene with those black riders from Lord of the Rings

Finally Magdalena got Givenchy. She's perfect for it!!!

i love this. totally suits Givenchy, as does Magda (& i'm not a huge fan of hers)

+ i love that cute little box

So bland.Too much photoshop.I've seen Magdalena do dramatic so well, but this is simply boring.

Don´t ask me why but I love what she´s wearing
Great contrast between the clothes and the background.

the givenchy brand image seems to jump about in a few different places with their last few campaigns. while the fall/winter ready-to-wear ads and this fragrance campaign seem to speak to the darker -- almost occult -- nature of the givenchy collections we know under tisci, the ads for play and spring collections seem more suited to the mass market. while i like them both, i'd rather them choose which way they want to go.

That pose does not do any efforts to put some life in that outfit, neither her expression...tbh she looks like one of those rebel princesses from the movies when they sneak out at night to see their lovers, a really sad one...actually that could have been a much better concept :P

That cape makes it look like she's something to be unwrapped, as if she's going to unveil herself closer to the actual launch date of the fragrance. It's mad, I like it.

I am really happy for Magda, I've wanted to see her in a Givenchy campaign. But I absolutely hate this ad, it doesn't even look like her. It's just drab and cold, there is nothing sensual or romantic, which is something I've come to associate with Givenchy as much as a sense of melancholy. I really hate the way these fragrance campaigns are going. Play, Dance, Ange ou demon and now this! how disappointing.

Why does this remind of a promo shot for a vampire movie?? What is the marketing department thinking??

Love the idea... it's dark and hard (btw I think that Magdalena is a great chose ), but at the same time it's soft and peaceful, because of the background...
Love it :flower:

This is very different for a fragrance campaign and I like it. E.G. the way she looks so moody with that black cape (almost resembling death in a way) with this beautiful, serene background seems really eerie. I love it! :D
