BTW, lets keep the thread on topic ...
i liked some of her carven but she has no voice. She's just fine at bottega, where she can continue what blazy did. Their works blur with each other and with many more designers. Would have been even more suited for something like COS or ZARA, those brands don't need a voice and just need to be able to mimic whats going on around them. And for bottega, they needed someone with a more luxurious taste. I hate the gen z bottega, its supposed to be competing with hermes or dior not loewe.I was looking through Louise Trotter's collections for Carven and it made me wonder why she was never hired by LVMH for a CD position, she definitely has the ambition and I think she'd have been perfect for Givenchy.
Miles better than this irrelevant nonsense at least.
prices are ok with all the technique involved in the collection... with a few exceptions but those are already either embroidered or have tons of fabric to do the draping. Did not see anything above 44000 though. Not sure which look is 73000 that you are talking aboutI was just browsing the Givenchy site and the pricing for this collection is insane. The coat on Lulu is $73,000!
