For Boomer, one of Grace's early modeling gigs

She wears dresses like no one else, I mean the fifties style, rather longish, small waist, belted, usually a flower motif. Because of her height ? her long legs ? She really makes me want to see that style reappear but I know not many women could pull it off: you have to have such perfect proportions.
scriptgirl, I have just been going through many pages of this thread. Thank you so much for your gorgeous and original pictures. You're a gem !
Interesting that Grace never really had very long hair (only one picture I can recall), nor very short hair. Always medium-length and pulled up in chignons.Of course these two styles really set off her perfect face.

Thanks so much for the pictures scriptgirl and kochie332! I love that Grace lived in New York most of the time instead of Los Angeles while she was an actress. She was such a city girl.
She was such a city girl! She definitely dressed the part of a city girl and she always looked wonderful
Haha. I was just in Philadelphia about two weeks ago and times have definitely changed. Chestnut Hill is just not as upscale and proper as it once was.Very proper Main Line, white glove, Catholic school, Philadelphia girl..don't you know...!![]()
(Actually more like Chestnut Hill, but that's just splitting hairs...)![]()
