Handbags That Aren't Designer?

I'm trying to find a good summer handbag for myself. I don't have much money to spend, so it won't be designer, but all the handbags I see that aren't are such obvious designer rip-offs (even if they don't have LV plastered all over it.) I'd love something that's funky and edgy, but still classic, if that makes any sense at all. Anything but boring. Love for any help.

sometimes i like to search ebay... i usually put "japan" or "urbn" in the search and get lots of funky stuff. i saw a really cool bag.. i'll try to find it again and post a pic

Thanks to the great bags under $100 thread, I found this amazing handbag at Aldo. When I went to check it out today, I found it in black, too. I was in love And you know that when you fall in love with a handbag you can't let it get away.

I like the idea of Bag-charms..and buying plain messenger bags and attaching brouches and charms on them

It's very hard to find an inexpensive handbag that isn't a replica.

simple and cute! I like how it's a clucth and a tote... the idea's been done.. but I never really liked them.
