Bazaar used to be amazing.
I looked through my mom's vintage Bazaars and they are ageless (layout and photography etc) unlike Vogue.
Gwyneth looks amazing here

eewww. that was my initial reaction to the cover and contents when i got this issue in the mail 10 years ago and i still feel the same way. horribly unflattering cover photo and what minimal styling involved so cheesy, obvious and uninspired. Mary Alice Stephenson is one of my least favorite stylists. definitely not the caliber of Tilberis era stylists. and those god awful quotes they feel really capture the essence of the interview. i still don't know what the heck 'pulchritude' means. way to make this a thinking woman's magazine.

Have never cared for and of Gwyneth's covers, especially the disasters with Vogue, but this was a nice one. Not overly styled or photoshopped, just simple and classy.
