That was my reaction, my mouth was like dropped! She's close to my age and I just can't imagine being 23 and having botox! Her face isn't moving and her one eyebrow looks permanently arched. I would hate to see her in ten years because she really maxed out on the surgery and I agree with George...she seems sad. There is no joy to this girl...like robotic. Compared to how she was on The Hills in the first season, it's completely stunning.

My thoughts EXACTLY ..it is sooo scary and even the thought some other girls out there of her age (and mine) will follow her example for sure is even more horrific ... how low was her self esteem that she had to this to herself? she will regret it in 20 years !!!
I also think she resembles p*rn star Jenna Jameson now with that enormous chest and blonde locks (the combination itself reminds me of Jenna)

oh, i think it looks so unnatural, actually not one feature that used to be hers is now visable, maybe just her eyes, but everything else nothing is like before

ive certainly grown up in a place where plastic surgery is very common and nothing to be frowned upon but technology has come so far and surgeons so precise that now it is more of a challenge to have surgeries that keep your initial traits intact even though they have been slightly touched.
in heidi's case she looks NOTHING like the before Heidi.
i am all for having surgery if it gives you back the confidence as confidence is THE most important (after health) in someones personal life but come on that surgeon must su*k!!
to look like a tweaked 45-50 year old (to be nice) when you are only 23 is an "achievement" !
and yeah, big fake boobs are so so passé....

Funny how she refused to 'sing' because she had surgery and her jaw was delicate. But she agreed to talk a whole lotta' about herself for an interview.

Her face looks so different from the way she looked before. Her face before was slightly goofy-looking.She now looks like she used to be a man who had a sex change, with her sex-kitten face and her huge boobs.
