Spencer Pratt's sister, Stephanie, says she isn't surprised by her brother's elopement with now-wife Heidi Montag.
She tells In Touch Weekly, "I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it."
She also says that she wants them to come home soon, so she can celebrate with the happy new couple in the States.
And so that we can be filled to the top with so many new photo ops that we might just explode!

As PerezHilton.com was the first to report, Heidi Montag and her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, "just" eloped in Mexico!
And, now, we have ALL the wedding details!!!!
The couple didn't actually "just" elope - Speidi got married on November 20th and they were able to keep the wedding secret until we exclusively broke the news.
Pratt and Montag wed at the One & Only Palmilla Resort, just outside Cabo San Lucas.
The ceremony was held on the beach. And, it wasn't planned.
Speidi were on vacation in Mexico and decided to marry on a whim - or so they'd like us to believe! They probably hatched this scheme all along as a way to make money by selling the wedding pictures!!!!
There were no family members present for the ceremony, which lasted only 15 minutes.

This is all such B.S.
In Mexico order for your marriage to be legal you have to be in the country ahead of time and have a blood test and get your paperwork translated and in order ahead of time. There's a lot of planning involved. I bet this wasn't even legal and they just did it to score yet another US Weekly cover. They were desperate for more attention, and sadly they are getting it.

Someone on gawker.com noted that there was a blind item that hinted this would be happening soon:

It was among the most transparent "blind items" in history: "Which weekly glossy just signed a megamillion-dollar contract with a certain annoying celebrity couple?" The New York Daily News asked in its April 20 gossip column. "The deal is, the magazine will get exclusive interviews with the couple, but in turn, they need to break up (again), get back together (again) and actually get married."

Could that mystery couple be anyone other than The Hills lovebirds Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag? "It certainly sounds like it's them, and it seems history could repeat itself," says a friend of the couple. "They did the same thing last year. You would think everyone would be wise to it by now!"

Indeed, reports surfaced last September that Spencer and Heidi — who got engaged in May 2007 — were about to announce they'd ended their relationship and would then sell their separate stories to the media, before getting paid for exclusive photos of a staged "reunion" getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. And although a rep for The Hills — which has a reputation for being completely scripted — denied it at the time, incredibly, it played out exactly that way for the couple!

"As friends, we laugh to ourselves whenever we see 'serious' coverage of the ups and downs of Heidi and Spencer's relationship," says their pal. "It's astounding anyone could still believe any of it is spontaneous."

As for which magazine is conspiring with Speidi? Beats Us!

There probably isn't, and there probably never will be any legality to this "marriage." Speidi was close to becoming even more irrelevant than they already are - they had to pull something drastic.
