How Much Can an AVERAGE Model Expect to Get Paid? (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

I was just wondering, what is the general earnings for a successful fashion model, ie. models.com hot list or top 50, of course it will vary but what are the ballpark rates their agency would charge for a show or campaign. any examples or personal experience?

also what % do agencies take off of these rates?
