his fabrics are so plain, it hurt

anyway, i LOVE the third look (grey V-neck)
but yes, it's not very Chalayan..

mind you, while in Paris,
i've found out he's already following the new marketing 'trend'
which is => the show has little to do with the 'real' collection
that hits the stores.

i'm in with the grey knit dress!!!!!!!!

how sad...does this mean it won't be in stores, just on the runway? this looks like a very saleable collection...i would think it would be very similar to what goes to the stores...

on the contrary, runway includes just a sample of what will be in store next season.. runway pieces are always on sale when the season comes

i saw pieces from Chalayan, Marni & Prada that were not on they ss04 runways
being on display at Colette, we were talking with mehg about this the other day.
its a new 'italian' tric so that part of the collections do not get copyed

oh....gotcha...i think prada's been doing that for awhile now...my friend used to work there and she told me about it...that's a good idea, actually!!!

and i'm happy because it means they will have even more of hussein's beautiful things available...

I hope what's in shop is better than this. Its okay for ease but one expects more from him
