Hussein Chalayan F/W 14.15 Paris

i have to say overall this is a bit of a letdown for me after the past couple seasons. it just doesn't feel as intelligent as it has been even in his most commercial inclinations these days. too much like a cliche with the 80's silhouettes and some of the gaudy materials. the press-on nails embellishments however were pretty humorous though.

It looks complicated but very beautiful. I love those attached fabrics that totally confusing, it's great collection.

It's gone too far to the comercial safety. Towards the end there's an obvious hint, but I'm missing those head to toe ideas of fabric.

I love the fact that he chose to showcase a side of him that is more simplistic and rather on the elegant/clean side. The material selection and the cuts are perfet. The detail on the last 5 dresses is nothing I've seen before.

I really like it. I'm happy the dresses are not mechanical for once. there are some really great editorial pieces in this collection

Feels a bit all over the place but it's more accessible

I like how he used fur - I am not a fur fan, but in this collection it's interesting.
