anyone ever met any of our sellers in person? im in guangzhou -home of most of our relica's- currently- been to a few wholesale leather markets but they are all such low standards compared to our usual sellers...i think i must be looking in the wrong areas!

such a shame im here after all these years of buying rep's from here and i cant find any good ones lol!!!

bought a LV neverfull damier azur the other day- know nothing about them as its a request from brother in law for his g/f for the grand sum of $30....either im a good bargainer or its a terrible fake- oppps!! thats what happens when you don't know what to look for- maybe i should post a pic but im kinda embarrassed now haha!!!

I've heard (but don't know for certain) that you have to discreetly ask to see the best quality bags as they are often kept in a back room. They will either bring them out for you one at a time, or take you back to a private area. Maybe that's all replica myth, but I've heard it more than once.

Yeah you're right- its like that!I was here once 5 years ago and was brought to this building which was full of 100s of tiny shops each full of reps-when you asked for the good reps, one of the shelving units in their shop was actually a secret door and you go behind the main shop into a room lol- it was like that in every shop!

I wish i could remember where that place was but no chance- the one i went to the other day they just display the exact copy of the bag minus all the branding- and if you want the branding they get one from the 'warehouse' nearby (i went to one such 'warehouse' and its just an apartment in a nearby highrise stuffed from floor to ceiling with boxes of stock (including the bathroom &shower being full of boxes!!) they were terrible fakes too

Its not discreet either lol- they are touting for any business so if you show any interest you are their's to be harassed until you escape hehe!
if you aren't asian looking your ripe for harassing lol- plus it sounds like they are shouting at you in cantonese but i dont think they are i think its just the accent!

its definitely an experience B) (and exhausting )

I recently received a Chanel WOC in black caviar from Jacky. It looks great, but I'm wondering if the cc's are correct. They are flat. All the pics I've found of the WOC seem to have curved cc's. Does anyone know for sure how they are supposed to look?

Does anyone have an opinion on Jacky's Chanel WOC? I would love a little bag I can sling over my shoulder for nights out and dancing. So many nighttime bags are clutches and I need something I can wear, not hold. Any suggestions? I love the Celine Box but it's not quite dressy enough.

Who has the box right now? I wish I would have bought the red from Jacky, but I thought it was too dull in the colors he had (I love the orange and electric blue).

Pursefreak - I always meant to get the epi alma from Jacky but I never did. We have (I think my mother has it now) a flat leather epi pont nuef that is still in fantastic condition and has been used by my mother, my sister and myself for the past....probably five years!

sanitizedfashion - I ordered the Celine luggage from Jacky in December 2010 and the bag has held up very well. It has the heft of the authentic and is a very, very, very good replica. I will say the newer bags seem to be constructed of more floppy, pliable leather. My rep and the original run of luggage totes took a long time and lots of use to soften up. Overall, the luggage is a super structured bag, but that's why I like it. It's a nice alternative to my mondo slouchy Bals. Glad to see old faces (well, names!)!

Are they? Every time I see one on bagswap they are very shiny. The auth Goyard canvas isn't shiny at all - it's almost matte. Even photographed there's little to no glare, yet the GMs on bagswap almost always have considerable glare.

I really like these bags and would want one if it's good. Have you seen an auth Goyard to compare it to?
