Thanks everyone for the NBF bag love and kind words.
I am glad I didn't give up on NBF (even though, to be honest, I nearly swore off NBF because my FIRST 2 bags from them were sooooo disastrous - Magenta First which was a Frankenbag as the colour was TOTALLY off & Black GGH shinier-than-patent City), because their quality has improved much over the years.
I think that in densely populated Singapore where the ladies are very brand conscious, it seems like everyone's checking out each other's bags all the time. I have only been called out ONCE for carrying the rep (and that is the unfortunate before-conditioning Black GGH City). At all other times, I have seen others check out my NBF bag/s and that's about it. No nasty comments. Just a longer-than-usual look at my bag, and that's it. I think an admiring glance or two is fine, but it's just plain rude to stare! Whatever happened to discretion and basic manners?
If I were to rate my top favourite NBF bags, they would be (in no order of preference
1. Argent GSH City
2. Anthracite RH City
3. Vert D'eau Twiggy
I think the general consensus here among us 'collectors' of NBFs is, Vert D'eau (1st batch) is the best. And that is without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST leather ever produced by NBF. It is silky soft and if only T&D can replicate such quality in every colour they do, I will go flat-out broke!
All 3 colours in my Top 3 List have TDF leather and very well worth every penny spent. I am so in love with my Anthracite RH City, I once considered buying ANOTHER identical bag to keep as a spare so that if my current one wears out, I still have another to carry! Is that crazy or what? (Erm, btw, I am *still* thinking of getting a spare Anthra or Argent RH City, ha!)
ETA: I'm using the word 'collectors' very loosely here ... anyone with more than 7 NBF bags in their possession at any one time qualifies, since that's more bags than anyone can use within a week!

amethyst_sparkle, I noted that Amethyst and Black are in your top 10 list. Can you please tell me which batch of leather are the 2 colours from? For Amethyst, is it from the latest batch or 1st batch? How about Black? Thank you.

xooey: Some Tomate's 2010 are very deep and more saturated than Mandarin 2009. Some tomate's 2010 are also very close in color to Mandarin 2009 so much so that one cannot really tell them apart. I prefer the deeper tomate myself.
amethyst_sparkle: Cograts on your new items coming to you - vert d'eau city and Sorbet GSH ipad cover. I have the vert d'eau ipad cover coming to me sometime soon along with two other bags.

xooey: ITA! I'm hoping for great leather on the new vert d'eau but not expecting the exact same thing as last time...mostly because the last batch was goatskin and this is lamb. If they've somehow defied the laws of probability and perfectly replicated the old leather, I too will be broke because that leather + perfect handles = "I'LL TAKE ONE OF EVERYTHING!!"
Really though, I'm already getting two bags and I would instantly order two more. I'm really excited to get them!

Hello ladies, I'm hoping someone will help me. I ordered a black GGH a while ago from NBF and I still havent received it! I am getting very worried because I have seen many received their bags awhile ago and I'm still waiting! Is this normal of them? This is my first NBF so I dont know what to expect!
Did they send you a tracking number? If not, email them and ask for one. I received my black first a while ago.

I have asked but they said its not even ready, every week they say "at the end of this week", well thats been the case for like 2 months already!
That would frustrate the heck out of me 
I don't know what to say besides that they have been very honest with me with all my purchases. They are notorious for being late though...

This is the old batch of VD, right? Not the new batch they just completed? It's gorgeous! We're bag twins! It's my #1 favorite out of my entire collection!
Bella: The boys have told others that they're sold out of black so it is concerning if your bag isn't even ready yet...is there another bag you'd like instead? If I were you I'd probably change my order or ask for a refund.... They would never rip a customer off...not in a million years! But they can be busy and sometimes overlook a bag and sell it by mistake when it was promised to someone else..... I'm not sure what's going on with your bag but you've waited long enough!!

O___O I received my black ggh city on June 3. I would have died if I still haven't gotten it.
Bella, did you purchase another bag AFTER you'd paid for your GGH? T&D tend to hold back the delivery of the 1st bag and wait for the 2nd bag to be ready, before shipping both together.
I once ordered 4 bags at a go from T&D and though 2 were ready to go, they held back the delivery date in order to deliver 4 at a go. I think I waited 2 or 3 months.
