Warning: major TL;DR Outremer love fest & fairy bagmama thank you ahead

OH MY GOODNESS you all weren't kidding about Outremer! Not only do I have the best fairy bagmama ever but I also have the fastest! My GSH City got here yesterday morning at 8:30am which was less than 48 hours delivery time! I wish I had taken pictures and done a cheesy reveal because she packed it SO beautifully with all pretty different color tissue paper. What a sweetheart! I don't know the protocol here for public fairy bagmama thank you's, but you know who you are and thank you SO MUCH for such a great experience with my HG bag!

This is BY FAR the best leather and overall quality I've seen on a NBF. I'm no newb to NBFs, I have 8 pieces total and this is just a completely different level. The leather is thick and chewy with the perfect amount of distressing. After everything I read here, I knew Outremer was going to be amazing leather, but this particular bag exceeded my expectations by infinity. I'm starting to think fariy bagmama shipped me an auth bal...it's THAT good.

These pictures are far from the best quality, taken with my BlackBerry, so there will definitely be more but I just wanted to get a few up really quick. They really don't even come close to doing justice to the overall beauty and superior caliber of this bag. You all were so right about capturing the different shades of Outremer, which are ALL so stunning. Can't wait to take more pics in different lighting!

Chicadee, Crystal7: I so hope he makes it! There's a new version out with a longer shoulder strap and it looks brilliant. Much easier than the handheld version. I'd love it in black with brass studs and the luggage (tan) version *sigh*

razz congrats on your outremer city! I was shocked too when I received my outremer velo. Isn't the leather buttery and soft?

Chupi if you ever get your ps1 reineforced keep me updated . Also, thanks for the a.wang rocco pics/updates. I really like it since it has a strap. I really hope that jacky makes this by next summer since I will probably be traveling then and I prefer this over the weekender. If he doesn't I might request it later (maybe in spring).

razz, congrats on that AWESOME Outremer!! I have a Midday GSH and I absolutely love the leather on this bag.. the color is insanely gorgeous as well!! enjoy!!!

eskielvr, DROOLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the color is PERFECT and the snakeskin trimming just UP the FAB LEVEL of it!!!

i'm also waiting for my black tote from the boys.. should be arriving any time now... and i still have not decided what styles i want for Vert D'eau...

ok mm07 your black leather on your velo is TOTALLY different than mine... that leather reminds me of my favorite black leather from 2-3 years ago from T&D. It does NOT smoosh up like that when collapsed.. I think mine is from different leather, so sad. Did you condition it?????

PinkP, I did condition my Black Velo like 4 times for 1 week, I will pm you how.I 100% positive that I got my Black Velo 1 day after you posted here that you received yours, so I guess is the same batch.I got Black Work from T&D from December last year and the leather is perfect, but when I received the Black Velo and opened the parcel I wanted to...., Now Black Velo leather is divine
