mm07, gorgeous bags!!!!!!! i am trying hard to resist the Alexa as I find it a hassle to take my things in/out from the bag... but that nude Alexa is a BEAUTY!!!! and your velo looks awesome!!! the boys' sunday tote might already have arrived at my house.. and i do hope my black sunday tote's leather is as yum as yours!!!

pixellated, I had J's Oak Reg. Alexa back in February, yes- was a hassle to take things in/out and I sold it. I said 'never' Alexa anymore.Never say never-Now I got Nude Alexa (BTW is OS) and is way easy to get in/out, may be because the leather is so so soft.I just loooove this bag

Ok, so I have a confession ... I follow this thread super closely. I check it every few minutes hoping there are more contributions. Anyone else like that? I feel like it's my crack. I keep telling myself that I should wait a few days before checking it, that way there are more pages to read, but I just can't do it. The last few pages are chock-full of gorgeous bags and it's increased my addiction to this thread even more. Aghh, I need to be more productive.

not razz, but just to say that Outremer leather is very much similar to Sang.. as much as i love the thicker leather, i also love the leather on my AG... wish the boys make more bags in that kinda leather! feels sooo FAB!!

and i can't wait to see my sunday tote.. and don't worry, i will definitely post pictures of my new tote. stay tuned.

Pixe, I think I wll pass VD this time, I have VD Work from the last batch and I dont think I need 2 VD's, not in the light color. Velo is so favorite style now- I try to grab every color Velo T&D make.They told me that they are making VD Velo as VD is 2010 color but I never seen auth. one?
Orchidian- I can fit in OS Alexa as much as Work bag. Here is what was in my Alexa today + leather jacket too,(the jacket is so thin BTW)

Everyone I will hopefully be getting the Folk bag. Here is a picture of it.
If I am able to secure one I will send it to the boys for copying. Here is the bag in Siegle. Measurements are length: 12.5 in height: 10.5 in width: 4 in
If I get my folk bag in time I will take one in sorbet.

Also please check this photo of Vert D'eau Bal Bags. If you check closely you can see that the Giant City has silver hardeware so the Giant City Vert D'eau is definitely being made in GSH. Also, I would not worry so much about a bag being a Franken bag. Balenciaga only made sorbet folk for Printemps Paris in limited version. Most people don't know this information so if they saw one with a Folk Bag in sorbet they would most likely think it was a rep but Balenciaga did make them, just not for the Bal Stores.

i have a question abour the rep black alexa...is the handle supposed to be braided leather or the snakeskin? i am confused. did jacky screw up the initial batch of black alexas?

lucy92: yes the braided handle should be snakeskin for black plonge with snakeskin. Jacky messed up the detail in the early batch, but he has fixed them now.
