cornpops: the knots are sometimes more visible and sometimes way up in the handle. i wouldn't worry about it.
and, to my knowledge, Galet First was never made in GSH.

How big is the hip? Is it the same size as the first or is it smaller? The GSH hip looks rather cute . I might add my name to the list later once I figure out whether I like it or not.

PinkPrincess-for starters l'm getting sorbet in PT, I just don't want to order 3 bags without seeing one first, hopefully the leather and color will be great and l'll order more that's if they don't sell out by then

I hope sorbet is all you are expecting it to be.. I know you wanted the magenta city from fang to be your HG color so I hope you love sorbet!

D'oh, I forgot Galet was an older color- no GSH Firsts for galet. I think that was introduced when Sorbet came out?

ViaSarah Jacky is only redoing the black Hayden unfortunately. I wanted the Oak really bad and the Peony but I will settle for black. It's always a classic color!

Here's a mod shot of the oak Hayden from J. It's a nice size...can hold several files and my ipad in it which it makes it useful for work. Pic by me.

eskielvr, I love your bag. I was just looking at my mulberry oak bay from J this morning and just adore how it looks. J's Mulberry is the best. My mum's Mulberry's east west chocolate from Jacky is still holding up so well even though it's been 2 years old and she uses it everyday.

It did fade and I like the color much better now you would think after washing it , it would ruin the leather but actually it's better now hopefully in a day or two it will dry completely then I will condition it very well, we'll see what happens....

kaygirl-I aired it out for about 4 months and still had that terrible nauseating smell to it I have never had a bag smell so bad I was going to throw it out but I thought I may as well try washing it, so I put it in the tub with some shampoo hopefully it turns out well and l will be able to wear it I will try to post some pics when it's dry

Hi Everyone!

So sorry I have not posted here in a long while, but my life in Beijing has been insanely busy!

Since my last post, here are the bags that I have added to my collection: Black Envelope GGH, Black First, Vert D'eau Day, Part-Time, Twiggy and Envelope GSH. I know that last combination probably doesn't exist but I don't care. This batch of Vert Deau is HEAVENLY.

Tomorrow I will be going on a business trip to GUANGZHOU. Guess who I'll be meeting for dinner and possibly a ballet (LOL!)......

BTW - The Boys say they are starting the second run of Vert D'eau so those who missed out or want more bags, PLACE YOUR ORDERS NOW. I may add a Velo and iPad clutch to my brood.

I'm sure the velo and town never came in the Galet, but it never hurts to ask! Does anyone know if the velo/town was ever made in Galet? I googled, but it was fruitless. Girl's gotta dream... If so, I'd order one asap from the boys.
