Lady Jay, the Regular Nude Alexa's not mine. It belongs to another TFS member. I organised a joint order and only 2 of the Hermes cuffs are mine. The rest belong to the other TFS members who joined my joint order.

If you intend to get something for dressier occasions, you should consider the Regular Nude Alexa bag OR clutch.

That's just my thought, though. Whatever the case is, you won't regret getting the Nude Alexa with python trim (in whatever size) from Jacky. The quality has been consistently good.

I'm disappointed to say that he's not consistent with the leather quality of his Oak Alexa though. The leather this time is exceptional, but none of the bags belong to me!!! In my previous order, all the 3 Oak Alexas (in Regular & OS) I got from him had pretty stiff leather. Please note that I am only pinpointing on the leather. The stitching, trimming, woven handles, everything else is perfect.

No way! That's great that the quality of the leather has improved but disppointing for you and others that ordered previous batches of Oak Alexas.
Decisions decisions... just when I had decided on a colour I now need to decide on a size!

Lady Jay, the lighting in my room is pretty bad, so the pics I've taken are not accurate at all and not true to how the bags look IRL. I did a quick search through the Pics Only thread and I can tell you that the latest Oak Alexa from Jacky looks exactly like danger_mouse's pics in post #293.

I've just received my first purchase from B&S aka Tracy and I can't be more pleased than ever!! The leather to my Pommier Work is amazing and comparable to my auth 2008 magenta, though it is a little too shiny. No worries on that, i believe time will take some shine off the bag! The workmanship is impressive, in terms of the leather quality and stitching! Needless to say, the colour is breath taking! Hey Xooey, yep it was a serious fault, the tabs that attach the long strap to the bag were ripping out. J was super nice and its on its way back to him but just wanted to check that it wasn't a serious fault and that it was safe to order another one from him

Hi ladies,

I am thinking of ordering a 25cm birkin from desiremall since I recall awhile back there were some posts complimenting their craftsmanship & quality.

However, I was alittle taken aback by the price tag quoted - a whopping $375 for the color I enquired (it is sheepskin so it cost more).... + I have to pay 1st & wait 3-4 weeks for my custom order.

Can you gals feedback if you think their steep price tags on the bags worth it? Your opinions are appreciated! TIA! ))

the DM birkins are def. worth the $$...though most people don't like the fact that they're unbranded. Unfortunately, hermes reps are the most expensive...if you want to use the same quality leather they can run 300-800+++

Girls, Jacky is getting two thumbs way up from me. I got the LV Trevi, LV Boetie, zippy wallets in monogram and vernis amarante, and a LV charm.

Everything-- and I mean EVERYTHING-- is stellar. The stitching is perfect. Jacky is da man! I'm wondering if it's my luck or if everything is this good.

My absolute favorite is the zippy monogram wallet. It is sooooo substantial.

I'm preparing to place another order. Man, this stuff is dangerously addicting. I've been sifting through his site for the last few days trying to find a nice black bag that I can use for work and papers, but it is alluding me. I love the black Mulberry Ruby Bayswater but it has been out of stock forever. If I can't find one I might settle for the Monogram Canvas Porte-Documents Voyage.

i bought a black togo 25 cm w gold hw from desiremall a year ago and sold it. only because the size and the color didnt fit me. im planning on ordering a 35 VERY soon. their quality is SUPER. you wont be disappointed if u r set on the fact they are unbranded. BTW, they say 3-4 weeks but i waited like more than a week and the bag was shipped. super FAST!

Hi everyone, I'm a new member but longtime reader. I discovered reps earlier this year and, wow, this is an expensive but fun habit!

My most recent orders were a black Day w/RH from T&D (the recent May/June batch of leather), and an order from Jacky w/a regular oak Alexa, grey/silver HW CDC, and a black w/GSH Midday.

The NBF Day was rather dry leather, as you've all noted before. I've conditioned it with a variety of things, most recently Burt's Bees (don't recommend it, unless a dull waxy finish doesn't bother you; I suppose it's fairly waterproof now) and coconut oil (fast-absorbing, but must wipe extra off or it leaves solid white oil). Now it's quite matte, and I'll post pics in the other thread soon.

The CDC from Jacky was beautiful! The Alexa was one of the pigskin batches, but I can live with it, and I'm still in the process of conditioning it. The Midday was an experiment--I wanted to test-drive the design before I bought a more expensive one from T&D. The Midday leather is.....kind of weird. Very soft and puddly and thick, but not in a good way. I wasn't expecting much, though, and I can wear it to death as a work bag, so overall I'm quite happy. I love the Midday design, and I can't wait to order some from T&D.

I have just received my latest orders from Jacky. The items ordered were:

Hermes CDC cuff in grey with silver hw
Hermes Kelly dog cuff in black with gold hw
Mulberry Oak OS Alexa
Mulberry Nude Regular Alexa with python trim

As you ladies know, I have done a previous order of Alexa bags from Jacky. This time, the OS Oak Alexa is totally different! The leather is soft and grainy (not pebbled, but has a slight grain to it). It is EXACTLY like the auth! I don't understand why Jacky has differing leather type for different batches of bags.

If anyone wants to get the Oak Alexa, I'll suggest that you get it now. But make sure Jacky gives you the correct batch.

The Nude Alexa with python trim is gorgeous and perfection, as usual.

I am loving the Hermes cuffs. They are soooo pretty!

I'll try to take pics for everyone later.

I have to say though, whatever leather Jacky uses, it smells heavenly. My previous Alexa's scent wafted through my room, and it was so musky and sexy! I must be odd for saying this, but I LOVE the smell of leather... alright, going to stop rambling...

Anyway, Jacky has told me he will be attempting to make the mini PS1 based off photos, no!
