Kimkhuu - Thanks for posting pics, I just ordered an anthra RH city!! I would love a GSH anthra but I tried GGH anthra before and I am just horrible at giant hardware.. I crash my bags into everything and the giant hardware always scratches things... not a good idea! Can you post mod pics with the GSH anthra?

BBS - Seriously I would DIE for a chevre black city with all the correct detailing now. Some go for $2k... power in numbers people!

Crystal - Thanks for posting.. that actually looks a lot like the authentic sorbet that I've seen in pictures!!! Deep pink with blue hue.. I think you should do it to your twiggy, how cute would that be?!

Can I ask for a little advice please, ladies?

I've just bought a Chanel Jumbo XL in black for my best friend's 20th and now I'm looking for an extra large PS1, preferably in suede for myself. Any suggestions on where to go or where they're available? Jacky had them briefly but they sold out and he's said he's not making anymore... Help!

kelsbags CONGRATS! post some pix on your rocco! I'm soo interested. Did you get the tan or the black?

I got it in black with the strap. It's very, very close to the authentic....I wouldn't run into anyone here that would know the difference! I'd say the hardware may be a tad bit off in the color, but not enough for anyone to notice unless they did a side by side comparison. It hangs really nice and the leather is the same as the Wang. I'm very happy with it! Yes, I will post pics of it and my Ps1 from him.

Hi ColeyX3- I used the Tana leather cream fuchsia#34 I prefer a blue tint to the pink more of a pale magenta color that is my HG , I am really happy with the results but I do think that the sorbet is close to the auth

sorry for asking again does anyone know how I would shorten my rocco strap? should I ask my cobbler to cut and re-stitch it? thanks

i wore my sorbet side by side next to real sorbet at NM 3 times and the color is very spot on. as i said before, mine has more white veins at first, which made the bag a little lighter if u look from a far. but if up close (or after broken in) it is 98% identical. i said 98% because sorbet varies within auth too

ColeyX3your welcome also, to break in my officer city I put dumbbells in it and hung it up for 2 to 3 days then conditioned it a few times as it turns out now it's one of my fav bags

Is jackys rocco heavier then the awang roco???

I went to barneys co-op @ the grove yesterday and tried on the forest green rocco and it wasnt that heavy to me but I know once you start to add a cell phone wallet etc etc. It will be a killer hahaha do you think we can talk jacky into making the forest green?? I also tried on the donna hobo its smaller than what I thought it would be irl but such a great bag.. Both of these bags are on my want list now && thanx baga for posting the strap info it will come to use after I get my bag I also looked at the luggage darcy its a great looking bag irl.. Imo jackys looks a tad bit off idk what it is but something is missing jmho.. Did anyone buy the jackys darcy would love to see pitcures..

I think they are comparable in weight....I once had an authentic and sold it. I now have Jacky's. Once you put stuff in, they do get heavy.....but soooo worth it!!

regarding the chanel cerf/executive. i recently saw this bag at chanel and on a friend who is a stylist and works with a lot of rappers/pop stars. while her style isn't incredibly flashy, i don't think she would carry a faux bag (but who the hell knows, really). she had the chanel cerf and it was COMPLETELY FLOPPY. this bag looks SO different than it used to! it was quite rigid for awhile there and while it does soften up with time, it never becomes a pool of leather or a squishy bag. this newer version of the bag does not look as if it would stand erect without stuff in it, which is very unlike the old bag. from the sound of luna's description of her recent cerf purchase from jacky, it seems the bag is dead-on to the auth. just passing this along for anyone interested in the bag.

Thanx Crystal I used aquaphor its a healing ointment for dry skin. I wanted something to make the bag super soft so I just used what I had. I use it on my new tattoos and its great for dry skin its like 17 dollars for a 14oz jar.. My last jar lasted me a year because a little goes a very long way..So I just tried some on the bag and everyday that I used in on the bag it just got better.. It will leave a sticky feeling to the bag but that will go away after a day or so.. Im happy I tried it because like I said the bag is super super soft like a pillow haha.. Oh and when I applied the ointment I would just put like a dime size in couple area of the bag then use my hands to smooth it out over the bag.. I also folded the bag and rubbed back and fourth to break the leather in then I would apply more ointment I did this for about every other night.. I also did this with my friends raisin midday and it made it very soft..
