Hi All!

I finally got an invitation to this forum I've been wanting to share so many pics of my purchases... so I might be taking some pics and posting them to share with everyone. I just received Black City GGH from T&D 2 days ago and I must say the leather is jet black and the leather is soooo "divine" I compared it to the GSH Flat Clutch that I got from the previous batch and a side by side comparison makes the clutch look gray-ish black - bleh! I'm so tempted to get a Black RH, but I must control myself!

bbs I can't wait for my black GSH day. Do you think a black GSH city would be overkill? LOL Happy to hear the handles are perfect. What I love about NBF giant cities are they are MUCH lighter than AUTH ones!!!!

I just looked up the bag on ioffer and the prices is amazingly good. Unfortunately, I don't think I can buy from someone with absolutely zero feedback. I've had my fair share of scammy sellers and the recent stories I've heard on here scare me

I need a black sophisticated bag, so I might have to place another 5 piece order with Jacky. Aghhh, now I have to look for 4 more things!

That PS bag Fanbao just posted looks drool worthy!!!!

kimair, did you ever find a decent rep of the SC Asphalt? That bag is soooo amazing and the reps are all so terrible and one note. Let me know if you find anything.

nope, i'm still waiting to see if jacky does it, although it seems like he's told people he's making the asphalt, the new chocolate and ivory, and redoing cobalt...
i think he would need to go and look at the authentic to make sure the color is a deep, dark grey and not black...

i love the acier velo, but is this a real bal color? i know they're doing that shade for the limited edition croc stamped bags, but i thought the blue suede was different?

kimair: I am not sure about the velo being made in suede acier blue. I do know that the folk bag is made in both the military suede and acier blue suede.

Here is a picture of the acier blue suede folk bag. The Velo is done in Military Green suede for certain, not sure about the blue suede or the gray suede.

Thanks so much ladies for all the tips given. I tried Apple Leather Care last night but it didn't help at all. I'll give either recommended bag cleaner a go.

To those asking about J's Chanel quality and bags. Well, I've been receiving a few duds from him. I would say that out of 10 bags, 3-4 either have defects or are off. The leather of his Chanel bags has changed somewhat. You should email him to either do an exchange or get credits for the next order. He will accommodate such requests, if they are reasonable.

I only have the budget for 1 or 2 more T&D bags. I already heavily use in my rotation of bags my two latest babies: noix city with RH and anthra GSH city.

I wear mainly neutrals (jeans, beige/white/black tops, black coat/jacket). Which of these should I be getting:

• Black city in suede
• Militaire velo in suede
• Black city RH leather

???

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I like it a lot too. My first choice would have been in acier but like Kimair said, I don't think the velo was ever made in acier suede.

i've only seen the suede velo in militare, seigle, and black...
apparently the suede bags also came in the town style and in castagna and a cobalt blue...

this is a pic of a blue/grey suede velo from tPF...it looks darker than T&D's pic...

i am seriously tempted by the militare velo...

Here are pictures of my Jacky Alexa Fully broken in. Can you see just how smooshy and soft the leather is. For all of you who are on the fence please know that the Jacky Alexa will get softer as you use it. I love mine.

Now a question for everyone on the forum. What is your favorite Rep that you have ever purchased? For me it is my Jacky Oversized Oak Alexa and Plum Regular Alexa. I carry these bags more than any others in my collection.
I think that I am a Mulberry Girl as I tend to love their styles.

The top two photos are what my Jacky Alexa looks like now after having been worn alot. The bottom photo is what my bag looked like when it was brand new.
