I ordered a outremer city, and T&D told me that they would have it packed and shipped. I emailed them yesterday for a tracking no., because this was two weeks ago. Now I'm being told I have to wait until the second production is ready. I never had any problems wit T&D, but why would they tell me they're sending me the bag, when there isn't even a bag!?!? I love the leather on the bags posted here, hopefully the new ones will be the same. Otherwise I will be very disappointed

madmurdermud- i don't know if the boys have confirmed that they are making a velo per se, But i think we can say it's 99% confirmed thats it's going to happen as our lovely coco is sending them her authentic canard velo in a few weeks so they can have the pattern..correct coco?

I think I need to get me a chanel, It's my birthday in May and I'm going to see a broadway show + dinner with Mr Bagalicious and my best friends, I think that jumbo bag like Arisaa has will be the birthday bag! Annanyc..do you still have yours? I think I need to get it.

I know Sahara is light, But it's gorgeous, and i don't work in a coal mine I would use it when wearing summery floaty dresses and just be careful, I love how Kim Kardashian looks carrying her sahara, I love the olive skin, dark hair and light bag combo. I much prefer sahara to praline as it is warmer in tone and more of a richer buttery nude, I have a praline CP and it's way to ashy for my taste. (but there again praline is the straw that broke the camels back) However..enough whining as i do a have a Spectacular sandstone GGH work which will be my summer neutral.
Clearly i will take the velo in whatever color the boys make, My guess is i will choose black, as I don't know if Anthra 2010 is a possibility. And i wouldn't want in another outremer or sang....another X body black bag to add to my other 3!(I use my black X lg PS1 for work x body and my dyed black pom pom and my black GGH PT) Thankfully i have the VG courier.

I always loved VD and maldives, so if papeete was similiar and Coco did decide to send it to the boys that would be vunderbah!

yeah and someone pointed out that the HW on the neutral PS1 might be wrong on the jacky version, so if anyone is interested in getting it i would research it if i were you first.

xjessiex-I am sorry this happened could you perhaps send them an e-mail asking about the quality of the leather for their next run? how it will compare to the first batch?

For anyone interested if you didn't already know, there is a thread at tpf in the Balenciaga section called "2010 Real Time Leather Report". It chronicles all the colours done by Bal and what the ladies thought of the level of colour, saturation, quality of the leather etc. It may prove useful for those of you not familiar with what each colour should look like, and even more useful for those of you who want to compare their NBF colour to the auths (if you don't have access to a store to see IRL) - just do a search for it, it isn't in the reference library I don't think.

bagalicious: I think you are really going to love Light Olive 2010 when you finally get your bag from T&D. It is a very special color and so neutral working with almost anything. I think that Bal 2010 leather can be compared to some of their best leather. My favorite Bal colors that I own are Light Olive, Canard, Outremer and Autumne. Those are my faves. Are T&D confirmed for Galet? I sure hope so. I want a Galet Envelope clutch and a Galet City. I will take a Noix Part Time w/GGH.

Yes T&D are defintley going to be doing Galet. They confirmed it in an E mail about 2 weeks or so ago. I'm going to get a galet GSH day or a galet GSH work, still undecided, as much as I love the black GSH day I now have, my love for works is greater!
yes I'm sure I will love the olive, it looks a bit like vert thyme to me, which I love, so it's a win win.
