While we're on the subject of pomme zippy wallets: I was wondering how deep the embossing should be? Mine from Catty has very, very faint embossing and I'm a little disappointed.
Does anyone know what it's like on auths? I know they vary but I feel like mine is way too shallow. I can't even capture it on my camera

Also, for anyone who has a rep zippy LV, do your credit cards fit? The cc slots on mine are a little tight. I guess I just got a dud! Oh well, what can ya do


On another note - has anyone heard anything about T&D's new batch of black leather (quality wise)?

sequins-I have a LV Zippy pomme from Jacky the cc's fit perfectly no problem , the only thing I don't like about it is when I take a card out it scratches the back of the magnetic strip, so to avoid this I have to be careful and bend the main zipper back while I remove my cc so it doesn't scratch it, I hope you understand what i mean by this

Orchidian-your welcome I could use both galet and noix especially for the winter months to me they are very different and I would get them in different styles but if I could only have one I would get galet

Also can someone please tell me when you use the apple conditioner do you wait for it to dry and then buff the bag? or just leave it, thanks

thesiren noix looks spot on to me - i would get noix! i didn't think i was a brown person.. i don't like brown clothes, but i found brown bags are very versatile. as long as your boots aren't the EXACT same shade as noix i think it should look great! i wanted a galet RH city too but i didn't think it had enough taupey undertones for my liking.

so i just paid for my noix RH city and they are shipping it out today!!! this hasn't happened in a looong time.. it feels awesome!!!!

I didn't realise how hard it is to capture the real color of this noix bag
This is not the best representation but I would say the 2nd photo is the most similar to the actual bag.
Pinkprincess113 I have over 10 nbf bags and I felt that Noix was the hardest and shiniest leather I have ever received from them. The leather feels more like the leather Buyandsell uses but it maybe because I specifically asked for a less-distressed leather. I love candy's after shots of your treated bags so I will definitely be ordering the Leather Revive in the next few weeks

I received my Noix Velo yesterday and as much as I love the color, I have mixed feelings about the leather (very shiny and dry). I conditioned the bag and the shine is now almost gone however the leather is still very dry and stiff......hopefully it will soften up with use and more conditioning treatments.

edit: after seeing SugarBabyLove pics, i want to add that my pics are taken inside.....this could be the reason for the difference in color I guess

I'm not really into browns all that much... but I have to say, the colour of both of those noix bags looks fantastic. Great bags ladies.
It's a pity the leather isn't getting better reviews...

I don't want to confuse anyone about the color of the Noix leather.....after placing the bag next to my pics on the computer screen, I need to add that the color is definitely darker IRL.....more taupe than beige.....it's darker but not too dark if that makes any sense

if i can give you an advise : Leather Revive will help to remove the excess of shine and will make your bag ultra soft!

Crystal: Candy's WE inspired me to try leather revive too! <3 The smell is strong but most importantly it does fade, it took a week of airing for the first horrible bit to go and maybe another week for it to develop a sweet leather smell. I have friends with seriously sensitive noses and they've used it too, although they've aired for 3-4 weeks

crystal, i do have a very sensitive nose ( i'm pregnant too so.... ) and i used leather revive in this period without problems.
i applied it in the air and left the bags for one night outside.
no more smell!

Expert advice would be very appreciated!!i didnt found any real one to compare but i felt in love with the maxi beige patent leather. The red and the blue jumbo caviar are also very nice. I compared them with some 2010 flap on tpf and they are spot on.
