I did look through earlier forums and I am a repeat buyer of his too (Although I bought a few vernis items which one looked great, and the others not so great) and I read earlier that some girls found some of J's canvas to be stiff on his neverfull. Since I had some discrepancy in quality for vernis, I was merely trying to get a response from some others who have bought azur or mono items to see if it was an issue specifically to his neverfulls or what since my potential order with him would be mainly azur items.

Hey I saw in your post that you purchased a few vernis items from Jacky that you said were good quality. I dont know if you had purchased one of the almas in vernis but in some of the pictures it looked like the hardware that holds the handles together (not the circular stud but the square hardware) has the words Louis Vuitton engraved on them. When I was in the louis vuitton store Im not sure I noticed that on the vernis. Do you know if that is correct or not?

Hi, just got my black city from the boys. I am so in love with it. The leather is absolute perfection. I rubbed her down with saddle soap so that it would look more matte. But other than that, in comparison to my previous black city, bought early last year, I adore it. The leather is the same throughout and has hardly any signs of distress. No bubbly nor cracks anywhere to be seen. Just perfect start to my cny hols.

Thanks Katbella, Glimmer163 ! I actually did third coating of Apple conditioner, much much better than before, also the leather is more soft and chewy, I love it, can not wait to order RH from boys. I am not sure City or Work, can Work be a every day bag?

Hi everyone... I'm about to place an order with J (mainly Lv's) And was hoping for some feedback on his canvas (monogram,azur) I'm wondering if its that soft coated canvas that I've felt on alot of the newer pieces I've felt at the shops, or is it that "obvious made in china hard plastic" feeling??

I know exactly what you mean... I was VERY pleased with the canvas on my various Speedy bags from Jacky. Very soft and flops/caves the right way when you set it down, KWIM? I think you'll be happy with a Speedy from him.

I'm so glad everyone likes their black bags from T&D!! I was never a black bag kind of girl but I sure am now! My RH City gets used constantly and gets better with each use! Mine was very shiny also and conditioning helped but using it helped even more with that particular bag.

just got an order in from Jacky - and im delighted. Got the alexander wang rocco duffel in luggage (tan) and the LV leopard scarf in grey. bag is divine - much nicer than the black one i got from jacky 18 months ago - hopefully my back wont break with the weight!
i am really surprised by how good the quality of the scarf is. i have the real version in brown and bought the red version from jacky a long time ago - this red was not good at all. but the grey one is very comparable to the real thing same crinkle and very soft fabric! i would recommend if you are on the fence about this one!

I have a sahara city and magenta money coming from T&D soon - cant wait!

my bag blitz for 2011 is going to end with a purchase from cathy - i really really want the Hermes JPG 42 in black and silver hardware. im also eyeing the prada leopard tote on the home page (dont know the name). if anyone has any comments, photos, etc on these, please share! thanks!
