Italian Street Style

When I lived in Florence it was winter, so I saw lots of great coats and boots. I guess a good coat and cover up any fashion miss step.

The Florintine women seemed to have great boots, coats, large sunglasses, a scooter and a beautiful dog. I saw lots of pomeranians, yokies and boxers...they were all very popular breeds.

I spent last Spring Semester in Florence and apart from it just being a glorious, amazing, incredible time, the clothing I got to see everyday was fab! The women there are so put together, but totally effortless looking. Best leather jackets and boots I've seen anywhere! I went crazy overwhelmed while shopping for boots since there were just sooo many varieties to choose from.. ended up buying a couple pairs. I miss the style and Florence everyday!

^^^^ hahahahahah!!!!!!

I don't think so!! I think the only one that counts is Milan...

according to what the people say, florence seems to be the best italian fashion city??

not really...I mean I've lived in milan rome naples and I travel around a lot..and I can say that you may find the best style in Palermo as well as in Milan or Bari etc. The common thing is that you can find always the "same classic style" in the same spot..center or city where the business area is located.. in other areas expec. the sub.urban the fashion is quite always the same..lots of colors baggy jeans or extra skinny flats or wedges with lots of prints hoodies big t-shirt huge sunglasses and logos every where!!
the only thing that is different here in milan is that the new trends comes really fast and goes aways as well very fast..

Outch.
I almost cry. It looks so painful. It's not even a blister anymore.

I really would like to do a drive thru Italy to compare
the street style between all the cities!!!!!

I think Milan is the most stylish city from Italy. But I also think it's like everywhere... You can find stylish people in all the cities around the world, but to be a city which is considered "in fashion" it has to have many fashion people walking around its streets.
