It must be cool to have a bag named after you,especially when it happens not only to be THE most exquisite but also THE most expensive purse on the planet : Kate Moss has the "35" in leather (which costs $11100),The Jane's one is the "40" (thats the bigger one) in leather ($13000).
But the most expensive version is the "40" in crocodile :$250500 .

No unfortunately not.Kate hates having her picture taken,plus she doesnt want to live in the lime light anymore.
Shes now a re-knowed photographer (only taking black & white photos).She has photographed the likes of Helena Bonham-Carter,Vanessa Paradis,Sophie Marceau,Nicole Kidman...She mainly works for high standards magazines such as ELLE,Vogue..
She gave birth to her only child when she was 20.A boy named Roman.

It's literally impossible to find recent pics of Kate, but here are ones I found from http://charlottegainsboug7.ifrance.com

One's a magazine spread with Jane and her girls.
Some are of her and Charlotte attending their mum's concert in 1996 ( I really am struck by how similar Kate and Lou look) and one is of Charlotte and Kate at a fashion show in 2001.

oh wow, marlowe, you answered all of my questions. great pics!, I had see a couple of these before but...well, I guess i just never noticed kate!, she's very pretty...I'd love to see some of her work as a photographer.

I just got the September issue of UK Harper's Bazaar, and let out a yelp of excitement when I opened the magazine to find a 4 page feature on Jane Birkin. It included pics (most I think have already been posted on this thread) and little soundbites of Jane on Gainsbourg, Bardot, Barry, Doillon, her career and loads of other things. She's just so adorable. Wish I could scan these but my scanners bust at the mo. Please if anyone has the magazine could they post scans on here? Thanks
