I've just bought the new album: "Monsieur Gainsbourg revisited" and it's really a great one. The covers of Gainsbourg's songs are amazing. Jane has done one with Franz Ferdinand and there are also other artists such as Feist, the Kills, Brian Molko, Françoise Hardy, the Rakes, Jarvis Cocker or Portishead. The songs are very different from the originals but for those English-speaking people who don't know Gainsbourg's songs it's a nice way to start knowing him!!!

Just like Kate Moss Jane doesn't look one bit vulgar or cheap when being pictured nude or topless.
She was ever so pretty at this time of her life - when this set was done,I think she was in her thirties...
I hope I'll grow old looking like her : off beat but classy !

^I don't want to be rude with you, especially since you gave me karma (I'll give karma to you as well for your contribution to the kate moss thread...) but I'm so fed up with people making comparisons with Kate Moss in every single thread!!!! I don't post in her thread anymore (even though I do look at it sometimes) because I don't like her new trashy ways. So it is always a bit of a shock that each time I post some pictures of women I admire and who I find really classy (Jane but also Faye Dunaway...) someone has to bring up Kate.

^ I've never seen her as trashy, more as a well-behaved English family girl hanging on with some genius guys. She certainly did some provocative stuff but in real life she always appeared to me to be a really sweet girl.
