Jefferson Hack, with fiancée Anouck Lepère in tow, revealed that he's launching Dazed & Confused in Russia in the coming months.

"I'm happy to be president of a small Dazed & Confused world," he said as he exited into the cold night air. "I'm big in an underground, subcultural world, and not in mass media, which is exactly how I like it."
