ennifer Aniston, taping The Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday, said she has not broken up with Vince Vaughn, audience members tell PEOPLE.

Aniston, 37, who showed Room 10, the short film she co-directed as part of Glamour magazine's "Reel Moments" series, said that contrary to rumor, she and Vaughn, 36, have not split (and are not engaged), audience member Rochelle Alfaro tells PEOPLE.

According to audience member Margaret Stent, Aniston also said that she hadn't gotten breast implants, as one tabloid recently reported, explaining that when she gains weight, it goes to her chest. Aniston rolled her eyes when asked about Vaughn, adds Stent.

But the actress made it clear that she and Vaughn are "still on," says Suzanne Hartigan, who traveled from Georgia to Chicago for the taping and adds that Aniston is "just as beautiful as she is in pictures."

Hartigan's pal Debi Musgrave, who says Aniston wore a black tiered skirt and tank top, seconds that the actress was "more beautiful in person, and very real."

But Aniston was really there to talk about Room 10, about a nurse who gains perspective on her marital problems while caring for a dying patient. Patty Zutt, 49, says the film sends the message that there are "good and bad times in relationships and sometimes you have to just stay in the room – that's all you can do during those hard times. It touched Jennifer, too."

Adds Margaret Stent, "(The film) said that relationships aren't luck, they're hard work, and I think that was really meaningful to people – Jen got a little teary-eyed when she was talking about it, too. It was personally meaningful to her."

It doesn't say that she flat out said that she and Vince are still on, merely that she rolled her eyes when the split was mentioned and gave the impression that they were still together. Since neither Vince or Jenn have ever confirmed they are dating, can't see them talking about a split.

Funnily enough while all this "have Vince and jenn split" talk is going on, The Break-up comes out on DVD next week. Coincidence? I think not.

Frankly I never thought she and Vince were really together. Friends with benefits maybe. A good way to promote their movie and Jenn has a new relationship to get people talking rather than the tabs crying about "poor jen". She and Vince always struck me as way too different. to be blunt I don't ever see Jen having kids and maybe not marrying again. She's too high maintenance and needy for Vince.

I imagine before Christmas we should know for sure that they are over although like I said, I never thought they were on in the 1st place.

They have probably spent a total of one cumulative week together in the last three months, yet Jennifer Aniston lied with the help of her publicist, Stephen Huvane, to People magazine, emphatically proclaiming that she and one-time fiancee Vince Vaughn were still together.
We should really nickname her Pinocchio instead of Maniston!
Both Page Six and Us Weekly are now reporting that Vaughniston have finally called it quits. For good.
A friend of the couple confirmed the split to Page Six on Tuesday. They are "no longer romantically connected," a source says.
And, in the new issue of Us Weekly, on your newsstand Wednesday or Thursday, the magazine reports that Vaughn chose to spend Thanksgiving in Bulgaria rather than in Los Angeles with Aniston.
Us Weekly is reporting that Vaughn was spotted partying in Budapest, Hungary, with two pals at an exotic dance club called Moulin Rouge where the girls put on "explicit" shows.
Sources tell Page Six that one of the girls who entertained Vaughn is now trying to sell her story to UK papers, most probably The Sun, which like The Post is also owned by Rupert Murdoch.
A rep for Aniston declined comment.
And, even if he did comment, he'd probably lie!

Representatives for Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have confirmed that the Hollywood couple have called it quits, People magazine reported on its Web site.

"Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today," said representatives Stephen Huvane and John Pisani, according to People.com, in a story posted Tuesday.

Their representatives said the former co-stars decided to end their romance after Aniston visited Vaughn in London in October.
Aniston, 37, and Vaughn, 36, spent much of the last year and a half battling rumors about their relationship — first that it was starting, then that it was headed toward marriage, and most recently that it was sputtering.

The actors met while filming "The Break-Up" in 2005. Reports of a romance quickly swirled, but the two initially said they were simply friends.

They were spotted together in various places over the ensuing months but said little about their liaison. Still, by this summer, they were denying whispers of an engagement.

Within months, they were denying that they were breaking up. In October, Vaughn threatened to sue British and American tabloid newspapers that had reported that he was breaking it off with Aniston and had been seen kissing someone else.

Vaughn, now filming a holiday comedy called "Fred Claus," is known for his roles in comic films such as "Wedding Crashers" and "Starsky & Hutch." Aniston, who is divorced from Brad Pitt, came to fame in the television comedy "Friends," and has gone on to star in a string of feature films.

wow, did I call it or what?

Never bought that these 2 were a couple, LMAO at all the split denials when then never would admit they were together in the 1st place. This was one sham relationship that just got dragged on. I just hope we are not in for another round of "poor Jen" articles where she talks about really serious issues like her tanning habits, whines about how hard her life is and goes on and on about how she really, really does want lots of babies.

With all the speculation that they were together only to boost ticket sales (for the record, I do believe that at one point they may have had a genuine interest in each other), it makes me wonder how many celebrities have done that? Maybe I am not career driven enough, but I would never want to sacrifice my personal life for a job....although no one has ever offered me millions of dollars to do that!

^^ Oh I suspect a lot of celes do it. A lot of times a new relationship or a split is timed around a project - be it a movie release or some event. Sometimes celebs will pretend to be together while promoting a movie and then 5 mins later once it is done they'll announce that they have split.

I do think celebs often let the mags run with relationship speculation or help such stories along by playing coy and appearing kissy kissy with celebs of the opposite sex. They all know that celeb relationship sells mags and generates even more interest in them. I mean is it a huge hardship to hang out with a good-looking/famous/sought after/wealthy person and let the world think that you are madly in love? I think not.

I'm curious to see who Jenn hooks up with next, If she's serious about popping out all those babies (and I don't think she is) then she better get on it.
